Order By PayPal
(Limited Edition Prints only)

Simply browse through the PayPal prints pages, clicking on the appropriate PayPal 'Add to Cart' button. Each item will be added to a PayPal shopping cart (the shopping cart will appear in a new browser window). When you're ready to order, click the 'Checkout' button in the PayPal shopping cart window, and follow the on-screen instructions.

Shipping charges are calculated and included automatically, according to the size of your order. You will need to log in to your own PayPal account to complete the transaction. Alternatively, you can open a new PayPal account right in the same window as your order.

Order By Print-and-Fax
(Limited Edition Prints and Original Paintings)

Simply browse through the prints and paintings pages, and make selections by clicking the check box below each image. You can select one or more prints/paintings on a page, then browse to other pages and make further selections.

When you're ready to purchase, click the 'Place Order' button in the left column of any prints or paintings page. A 'Selections & Order' page will appear with summary list of your selected prints/paintings; you can delete selections from the list, specify the quantity (for prints), or click the 'Make Further Selections' button to browse again and add to your list.

For Print selections, you can change the quantity you require in the box provided next to each print name. You also need to specify if you want prints mounted or unmounted. Mounted prints come double-mounted with high quality artboard, ready for framing. Unmounted prints are delivered rolled in a sturdy cardboard tube. All prints are individually signed and numbered, and are reproduced on the highest quality 300 gsm art card.

Original Paintings: most of Andrea's original works in oil come framed, with various styles and finishes chosen by the artist to complement the work itself. One or two works may be available unframed; check the Original Paintings pages. The prices quoted for original pastel works are framed prices (framed behind glass). We cannot ship pastels unframed, due to the delicacy of the medium.

When you get to the Selections & Order page, you only need to:

• Review your list of selections at the top of the page;
• Scroll down and enter your contact details, including full name, full contact address, contact telephone number (including country code), e-mail address, and fax number (if possible);
• Enter your shipping address (ONLY if different from your contact address).

Click the final 'Place Order' button at the bottom of the Selections & Order page, and a printable order form will appear. Print out this form:

• Tick one of the selections for shipping preference;
• Leave the spaces for Quoted Shipping Cost and Final Total blank; we will provide these details to you later;
• Fax or mail the order form to Andrea Bates Fine Art. Fax number: +44 1608 677 231 (UK customers 01608 677 231).

Shipping Costs

As soon as we receive your order, we will contact you by phone or fax to confirm the shipping cost for your order. This is especially important for purchase of original works, as these can vary greatly in terms of size and weight, and hence cost of shipping.

Order Confirmation

Once you have received and confirmed the full price for your order, including shipping costs, payment can be made by cheque drawn on a UK bank, or by telegraphic transfer, or by online bank transfer (you will find our bank account details on the order form). Your order will be shipped as soon as payment is received.
